“Love in Bloom” at Las Flores: A Four-Course Spanish Dining Experience for February

This February, Las Flores invites couples, friends, and families to celebrate meaningful connections through Love in Bloom, a specially curated four-course Spanish dining journey designed for moments worth savoring. Available at all Las Flores branches starting February 6, the experience is priced at PHP 2,395 per person.

Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Sous Chef Pablo Ramirez, the menu strikes a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity. Classic Spanish flavors are revisited with a lighter, contemporary sensibility—an expression of Las Flores’ deep respect for heritage while embracing thoughtful evolution.

“For this menu, I revisited heritage Spanish flavors like Crema Catalana, not to replicate them, but to reinterpret them with a lighter hand and modern sensibility,” shares Chef Pablo.

A Culinary Journey Through Spain, Course by Course

Designed to celebrate love in all its forms—from new beginnings to lifelong bonds—Love in Bloom takes guests on a heartfelt journey across Spain’s diverse regions.

The experience opens with Salpicon de Mariscos, a refreshing cold seafood tapa featuring lightly cooked mixed seafood tossed with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a bright lemon vinaigrette that highlights freshness and balance.

This is followed by Croqueta de Manchego, prepared with the finesse of a dessert yet enjoyed as a savory indulgence. Crisp on the outside and luxuriously rich within, it is paired with local spinach and aioli for a well-rounded bite.

For the main course, Iberico Secreto takes center stage. This prized, highly marbled cut of Iberico pork shoulder is pan-seared in butter, delivering deep umami notes and a lingering savory finish. Roasted cauliflower purée and chimichurri add contrast and brightness to the dish.

The journey concludes with a familiar yet refreshed Crema Catalana. Gently burnt local orange and lemon introduce a zesty tartness, offering a light and refreshing close to the indulgent meal.

Guests may elevate the experience further with signature cocktails such as the Limoncello Spritz or Hula-Hula, thoughtfully crafted to complement each course.
