They include Eye Comfort mode, blue light filter, posture alerts, brightness alerts, distance alerts and bumpy road alerts.

Aside from academic purposes, this tablet also improves your video conferencing experience. HUAWEI MatePad is equipped with a quad-microphone array, which can pick up audio from as far as five metres away. Exclusive Followcam Features
The features don’t stop there. HUAWEI MatePad features an exclusive FollowCam15 feature that makes it the ideal video conference and live streaming tablet. This enables the camera to recognise you in the frame and make optimisations on the fly, and includes the following features:
Smart View: The camera can trace objects and crop and/or resize with respect to the number of objects on screen. This supports up to 10 objects at once.
Spotlight Mode: Raise your hand to enable or disable Spotlight Mode. Once activated, it tracks your motion and gives it the spotlight treatment.
Camera Gestures: You can pan the camera with a grab gesture. The camera reverts to the original position when you release your grip.
Wide-Angle Front Camera
The HUAWEI MatePad’s 8MP wide-angle front camera supports a field of 107° – much wider than what is available on other products in the market.
Huawei M-Pencil Support
Seriously, this tablet has it all. The HUAWEI MatePad supports the HUAWEI M-Pencil16 to deliver a natural and intuitive writing experience. Measuring 160mm, the stylus is designed to fit snugly with any grip for maximum writing comfort. With 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt support, users can expect incredible accuracy and sensitivity from the HUAWEI M-Pencil. The tip of the stylus is made of a composite material that offers just the right amount of grip and friction on use. It is also highly responsive. At sub-20ms latency17, the input lag is imperceptible to the human eye, making writing on screen as natural as you are on paper.
