Zzlleenn Lee is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, financial coach, and accomplished Unit Manager with an unwavering passion for both business and personal finance. As a co-owner of The Frazzled Cook, a beloved restaurant renowned for its inviting atmosphere and exceptional cuisine, Zzlleenn has helped shape a thriving business alongside three business partners. In addition to her work in the food industry, she also plays a pivotal role in running The Flowerman PH, a charming flower shop she co-manages with her husband, Philip.
Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Zzlleenn serves as a Unit Manager at Sun Life of Canada Philippines, where she leads and inspires a dedicated team of 30 financial advisors. Since her promotion to Unit Manager in 2015, Zzlleenn has consistently been recognized as one of the company’s top performers, earning the prestigious title of Top Unit Manager year after year.
Despite her demanding professional commitments, Zzlleenn has mastered the art of balancing her career with motherhood. “I find myself enjoying motherhood for the second time around and not being so stressed out about life in general,” she shares. “just taking it in, one day at a time, and soaking it in.”
Through her journey, Zzlleenn has come to realize the importance of making happiness a conscious choice. “Happiness isn’t something that just happens to you — it’s a choice you make every day,” she explains. “Your life is made up of moments and it is up to you to choose if you want to live like so. Accept the consequences of your choices and move on from these. Your happiness is solely dependent on you.”
Zzlleenn’s ability to thrive in both her professional and personal life, while staying true to her values, makes her an inspiring example of how dedication, balance, and self-awareness can lead to lasting fulfillment.
