Meet the Zulueta Sisters — Kimberly, Katrina, Karla, and Kamille. These powerhouse sisters are the driving force behind a diverse array of successful ventures across various industries. With each sister bringing her own unique strength to the table, they’ve built a legacy of entrepreneurial success by working side by side, launching businesses that capture the heart and flavor of every community they touch.
From the kitchen to the boardroom, the Zulueta sisters are a force to be reckoned with, proving that when it comes to business, there’s no limit to what a group of girl bosses can achieve together.

One of the Zulueta sisters’ greatest achievements has been Pizzulu’s impressive growth. Launched in 2020, amid the uncertainties of the pandemic, the brand has blossomed into a thriving network of restaurants. “One of our greatest achievements has been growing Pizzulu from a delivery-only brand… to a thriving network of almost seven restaurant branches across Metro Manila today,” they reflect proudly. Alongside Pizzulu, Aperitif, their sister brand, has expanded to new locations, and they’ve introduced Café Kulture, a unique blend of coffee, culture, and community. Additionally, the sisters have expanded into the fashion world with Zoo, a brand that offers affordable luxury and sophisticated casual and evening wear, further showcasing their versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.
The sisters attribute their success to an unwavering commitment to growth, coupled with the invaluable support of their talented team. “Our achievements wouldn’t have been possible without the shared vision, collaborative spirit, and a relentless drive for continuous growth,” they explain. Through their ventures, the Zulueta sisters are not only redefining the culinary landscape in the Philippines but also creating experiences that deeply resonate with customers, while inspiring and empowering fellow entrepreneurs to chase their own dreams. Their journey is a testament to the power of passion, teamwork, and a forward-thinking approach to business.

When asked about their inspirations, the Zulueta sisters explain that it’s not specific individuals, but rather the places they’ve visited that have had the most profound impact on them. “Our travels through Europe and Asia exposed us to different hospitality cultures, culinary trends, and service models. These experiences allowed us to step outside of our routine and reimagine how we could offer something distinct and elevated in our own brands,” they share.
For the Zulueta sisters, success is defined by freedom—the freedom to create, innovate, and shape new experiences, whether through food or lifestyle concepts.
“It’s about having the ability to live life on our own terms, without being constrained by limitations. True success, to us, means having control over our time and the freedom to pursue what truly inspires us,” they explain.

Hard work is at the heart of everything the Zulueta sisters do. They believe that no matter how talented or creative you are, success is unattainable without dedication and perseverance. As entrepreneurs, they’ve learned that “discipline and grit are the foundations that turn dreams into reality.”
The Zulueta sisters aren’t just building a business empire—they’re creating a whole new world of possibilities, one venture at a time.
With every restaurant, brand, and idea, they’re proving that success isn’t just about following trends; it’s about creating them.
As they continue to break the mold with every venture, the Zulueta sisters are proving that with unshakable passion, relentless grit, and boundless creativity, they don’t just reach for the sky—they redefine its limits, inspiring us all to dream bigger and go further.
