Calel Gosingtian, President and CEO of Waters Philippines, has made a significant impact on the premium water purification industry through his innovative leadership and dedication to improving lives.
His entrepreneurial journey spans across diverse sectors, including medical, food, and commodities, underscoring his commitment to creating positive change.
Beyond his business accomplishments, Calel serves as the 2025 Regional Vice President for the Metro South Region of JCI Philippines, the World’s Most Outstanding National Organization.
Through his best-selling, record-breaking book Entrepreneurship: The Four-Gate Model, Calel shares invaluable insights on business strategies, further cementing his presence in the entrepreneurial community. His work reflects his passion for innovation, service, and empowering others to build a healthier, more vibrant society.
For Calel, success isn’t defined by personal accolades or profit. “Success to me is about bringing people up with you,” he shared. He believes true success comes from empowering others to achieve their own growth and success.
He creates opportunities for others to thrive, fostering an environment where collective success becomes the ultimate measure of accomplishment, both personally and professionally.

Balancing work, JCI Manila, and family is no easy task, and Calel openly admits, “Dealing with burnout, feeling frustrated with certain things, and everything happening all at once — it can be overwhelming.” Yet, despite his demanding schedule, he stays committed to finding a healthier work-life balance. He prioritizes time for exercise, reading, and nurturing the relationships that matter most, ensuring that, no matter how busy life gets, he remains grounded in what truly matters.
When asked how he recharges, Calel shares, “I’m comfortable with silence and being alone. Slow mornings, a cool breeze, and plenty of nature – that’s my idea of a perfect, relaxing moment.” As an introvert, he finds solace in solitude, whether with a cup of coffee or a well-crafted cocktail. These moments of stillness allow him to reflect, process, and recharge, offering him the space to reset and return to the world with renewed clarity.
His advice for those juggling multiple responsibilities is simple yet profound: “Celebrate your successes as much as you grieve your failures.” This mindset reflects his belief that both triumphs and setbacks are essential parts of the journey toward meaningful growth. Celebrate the wins, honor the losses, and remember: the journey, with all its twists and turns, is where real growth happens.
