The art scene in the Philippines continues to flourish as different performance spaces are rapidly sprouting from here and there, providing more opportunities and places for both known and budding artists to showcase their crafts.

One of the pioneers in providing a home for Filipino artists is the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). Since its inauguration in 1976, PICC has opened a lot of doors for numerous cultural events, concerts, dance performances and exhibits.

Designed by National Artist for Architecture Leandro V. Locsin, the Philippine International Convention Center is undoubtedly, a work of art itself.

Recently, PICC has been chosen to be the official setting for Sassa Jimenez's 10th anniversary collection film. Sassa is a Filipino fashion designer who has been etching her name in the Philippine fashion industry. Over the past decade, Sassa’s works have remained as unique and imaginative as ever.

Directed by Adrian Calumpang and scored by crwn, Sassa's collection film showcases her inventive, whimsical pieces, contrasting well against PICC’s sleek interiors and brutalist architecture.
